Fighting in Misrata

Suffering of civilians is being prolonged by West’s daily supplies of fresh rebels and weapons through the city port.

NATO admits that its daily bombing and destruction in Libya is useless in Misrata.

500,000 population of this city should be able to mobilize 50,000 men. And they are asking British and French to die for them? Are they cowards … or maybe the Misrata population does not want to die for an islamic republic and that is why the rebels need foreign mercenaries of oil companies?

Ground Invasion under a pretense of humanitarian boots on ground…

“The EU proposed deploying an armed force to Libya within days to ensure the delivery of humanitarian supplies,” said Michael Mann, a spokesman for EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton. “She made the offer of military aid to protect humanitarian groups on April 1, but so far no U.N. request has been forthcoming.”

“But Stephanie Bunker, spokeswoman for the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs at New York headquarters, was cool to the idea.”

Pleeeaaaase, give us an excuse to invade!

More boots on the ground

British military officers will be sent to Libya to advise rebels fighting Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi’s forces, the Government said today.
